Walking through the process of Buying


  1. Choose your painting
  2. Fill in the Form with your information
  3. To calculate the cost we need to know your shipping preference. We insure all parcels
  4. Our chosen payment merhod is on-line bank transfer. But you may also suggest another method.
  5. Fill in the name and / number of the Painting you want
  6. Mark it you understood the process and you may writel comments and submit the form
  7. After we send confrimation of your puchase with the banking instructions by email and you will need to complete the transaction by making the payment within 48 hours
  8. We will send shipment once the payment has cleared and send you the tracking numbers
  9. Plrease check the tracking and let us know immediately when you have received your painting and the condition of the parcel (please print this page)

Commissioning a Painting

  1. Decide on what you want to have painted
  2. Fill in your information
  3. Choose shipping method
  4. Choose payment method
  5. Describe your commission
  6. Include the size and medium of the painting
  7. Submit the form
  8. We will contact you so that you may send us digital photo material for the painting.
  9. In order for us both to be satisfied with the end result, please ensure that you photo material is representative of the end result. (A good photo) Be sure to include all directions from the beginning before painting has started. We are willing to advise you on this matter.
  10. After receiving the infomation we will give an estimate of the price based on size, payment method and shipping. And with this we will confirm our willingness to undertake the commission and give you the estimated date of completion
  11. You need to confirm the transaction and make a 60% deposit within 3 working days.
  12. When we send you a photo of the finished painting - payment of the full amount needs to be made within 48hours.
  13. We will ship the painting immediately by insured mail after payment clears at the bank and send you the tracking number.
  14. Plrease check the tracking and let us know immediately when you have received your painting and the condition of the parcel (please print this page)

Shipping

We ship in South Africa using the Post Office insured mail. This will be included in the price. If however you may choose curior you will have to include this amount in your payment. We also ship overseas.

We prefer on-line banking. You need to include costs for cash transactions if using a different method. For overseas clients you may also send money via paypal
