South Africa has been greatly blessed with creative people on all levels of the marketing and skills. There are always opportunities for mentorship in even the smallest towns. With an open system of marketing in South Africa Artists can participated in many festivals and competitions all the year long. Many artist only start painting much later in life and find their own niche. It is never too late.

We have a very rich field of artists in the Waterberg. And with a mixture of rural and tourism we have enough peace and quiet to inspire creativity. We are also so close to major cities of Gauteng that you may even be part of marketing there or participating in excellent Art Projects.

Sanava

South African National Association for the Visual Art is a prestiges national Art Association that Existed for more than 100 years. The 3 major events co-hosted with Sanava is the Sasol New Signatories, and ABSA Competition and the PPC Sculpture Competition. Waterberg Art Association is a Branch of Sanava.
